(a)
the operation of any other law which provides for the forfeiture of property or the imposition of penalties or fines; or
(b)
the remedies available to the Government apart from this Order, for the enforcement of its rights and the protection of its interests; or
(c)
any power of search or any power to seize or to detain property which is exercisable by an authorised officer apart from this Order.
Provisions as to bail or bond.
