Section 132

The High Court may make an order in proceedings under this Order with the consent of the parties to the proceedings (and such an order may be made without consideration of the matters that the Court would otherwise be obliged to consider in the proceedings).

Admissibility of statements and documents of persons who are dead or cannot be traced etc.
