Section 130
(1)
An appeal shall lie to the Court of Appeal from any order and declaration of the
High Court under this Order and such order or declaration shall remain in force until the determination of such appeal.
(2)
Subject to Rules of Court, an appeal under this section shall be made within the time and in the form and shall be heard in the manner of a civil appeal from the High Court.
(3)
The Court of Appeal shall, on appeal, have the power to make such order under this section as it may think fit.
