Section 214A
(l)
Notwithstanding any provision in the Criminal Procedure Code (Chapter 7), the
Public Prosecutor may by fiat, and subject to such conditions as he thinks fit, permit any person to prosecute, on the person’s own behalf, any particular offence punishable under this Order, or to pursue any further proceedings in such prosecution.
(2)
The person to whom the fiat is granted under subsection (1) may either appear in person or by an advocate.
