(1)
His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan may by order make such provisions as appear to him to be necessary or expedient –
(a)
for giving effect to the objects and purposes of this Order; and
(b)
for the purpose of bringing any other written law into accord with this
Order or with any order made thereunder.

The Chief Justice may give such directions in either a particular proceeding, in proceedings in any court of a specified class or description, or generally, as he may consider necessary or expedient to meet any difficulty arising from the construction of the First
Schedule.

The Attorney General may give such directions in either a particular proceeding before the Copyright Tribunal, in proceedings before it of a specified class or description, or generally, as he may consider necessary or expedient to meet any difficulty arising from the construction of the First Schedule.
