Section 213
(1)
The Attorney General may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and
Yang Di-Pertuan, make regulations prescribing all matters which are required or convenient to be prescribed, including the prescription of fees, and generally for giving effect to the objects and purposes of this Order and for the due administration thereof.

Such regulations may make different provision as respects different classes of case to which they apply, and may include such incidental, consequential and supplementary provisions as the Attorney General considers necessary or expedient.
