Section 112 — Copyright Order, 1999

(1)

An officer of customs who has made a determination under subsection (3) of section 110 shall cause written notice of that determination to be served on –

(a)

of claimant; and

(b)

any other person appearing to him to have an interest in the goods.

(2)

Every notice required to be served under subsection (1) may be served by –

(a)

personal delivery; or

(b)

posting it to the last-known addresses of the claimant and such other person.

(3)

The detention of any goods under section 113 is not rendered illegal by a failure to serve notice under subsection (1) of this section.
