Section 115

Where any infringing copies have been detained by the Controller of Customs or an officer of customs, the importer or consignee of the goods may, by notice in writing to the

Controller of Customs, consent to the goods being forfeited and, on the receipt of such notice by the Controller of Customs, the goods shall thereupon be forfeited.
