Article 5
The Minister shall, subject to the instructions of His Majesty the
Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, have the management of the Consolidated Fund and the supervision, control and direction of all matters relating to the financial affairs of Brunei Darussalam which are not assigned to any other officer by any written law.
