Article 3
Every accounting officer shall be subject to the provisions of this
Order and any regulations made hereunder and shall perform such duties, keep such books and render such accounts as may be prescribed by or under this Order or by instructions issued by His Majesty the Sultan and Yang
Di-Pertuan in matters of financial and accounting procedure not inconsistent therewith.
