Article 4
No accounting officer shall open any public or official account in any bank without the authority in writing of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang
Di-Pertuan in respect of public moneys of Brunei Darussalam, and no bank shall permit an overdraft on any public or official account unless the same be authorised by His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan.
