Emoluments of His Majesty who is deemed to have abdicated

Whenever the Privy Council has made an Order under subsection (9)

of section 17 declaring that His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan shall be deemed to have abdicated, his lawful Successor may grant to him such emoluments as his lawful Successor may determine.
