Section 54

Any Order in Council specified in the Schedule to the repealed

Air Navigation Act immediately before the date of commencement of this

Act, to the extent that it was on that date in force in Brunei Darussalam and so far as it is not inconsistent with this Act, shall continue in force in Brunei

Darussalam, but the Minister may, at any time and with the approval of His

Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, amend any such Order in Council in its application to Brunei Darussalam.

Any subsidiary legislation or appointment made, and any thing done, under the repealed Air Navigation Act and in force immediately before the date of commencement of this Act and so far as it is not inconsistent with this Act, shall continue in force as if made or done under this Act, but the

Minister may, at any time and with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, amend, repeal or revoke any such subsidiary legislation, appointment or thing.
