Reporting requirements

(1)

In addition to any other reporting requirements which may be imposed by regulations, all civil aviation personnel shall report —

(a)

any suspected violation of this Act by any person, whether in a governmental or personal capacity;

(b)

any incident or act which affects or which may affect the safety of civil aviation;

(c)

any aircraft accident, at such times and in such form as the Director shall require.

(2)

Any report submitted pursuant to subsection (1) shall be promptly investigated and a determination made as to what further action may be required.
