Power of Director regarding management of aerodromes

Section 37
(1)
The Director shall not discontinue the use of any aerodrome managed by the Department, except with the consent of the Minister.
(2)
The Director shall provide at aerodromes such facilities as are considered necessary or desirable for the proper function and development of air transport, and for the promotion of efficiency, economy and safety of operation.
(3)
The Director may appoint any person to manage on behalf of the
Department any aerodrome managed by the Department, and any reference in this Act to an aerodrome managed by the Department includes a reference to an aerodrome managed by a person appointed in pursuance of this subsection.
