Regulations for management etc. of airports

Section 36
The Minister may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and
Yang Di-Pertuan, make regulations for the management, control and supervision of airports in Brunei Darussalam, and such regulations may provide for —
(a)
the regulation and restriction of the admission of persons to airports;
(b)
the regulation and restriction of the use of vehicles, ships and aircraft of any class or description in any part of any airport;
(c)
the detention or destruction of animals trespassing on any airport;
(d)
the charges to be paid for the use of airports and for the services provided thereat.
