Criteria for issue of licence

Section 35
(1)
In determining whether to issue such a licence, the Director shall have regard to the requirements of safety, security, environmental, factors and the disturbance of the public from any cause attributable to the use of aircraft, around the aerodrome, and these requirements shall be implemented by regulations to be made by the Minister, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan.
(2)
The Director shall have the power to modify, suspend or revoke any licence.
