Section 48

A certificate purporting to be under the hand of the Registrar as to any entry in the Register, or as to any matter or thing, which he is authorised by this Order or any regulation made under this Order to do or to make, shall be prima facie evidence of the entry having been done or made, and of the contents such entry, and of the matter or thing having been done or made.
