The Minister may, by notification in the Gazette declare any place or institution, to be a place of safety for the purposes of this Order.

The Minister may at any time direct the closing of any place of safety established under this Order.

13)

The Permanent Secretary may order the transfer of children from one place of safety to another as and when the need arises.
