Section 20
(1)
A child who is taken into custody under section 13(1) and who subsequently undergoes medical examination or treatment shall, upon the completion of such examination or treatment, or if such child is hospitalised, upon his discharge from the hospital be placed in a place of safety until such time as he can be brought before a Court.
(2)
A child who is taken into custody under section 14(4) and who subsequently undergoes medical examination or treatment shall, upon the completion of such examination or treatment, or if such child is hospitalised, upon his discharge from the hospital, be returned to the person from whose care the child was taken.
