Section 79

So soon as, in the opinion of the person having the management and control of the hospital, it is no longer necessary that a child or young person who has been admitted to the hospital under section 78(1) should remain therein, he shall transmit to the manager of the approved school, approved home, remand home or place of detention a certificate to that effect.

Upon the transmission of the certificate, the manager shall immediately cause the child or young person to be brought back to the approved school, approved home, remand home or place of detention if he is then still liable to be detained therein.
