Section 77
(1)
The Minister may at any time, notwithstanding any order made by the court, order any person to be discharged from an approved school, an approved home or other place of detention or to be transferred from one such place to another.

(2)
The total period for which any person is detained in an approved school, an approved home or place of detention shall not be increased by a transfer under subsection (1).
