Production of documents etc.

Section 63
(1)
In the course of an investigation or examination under this Act or any regulations made thereunder the authorised officer may —
(a)
require any such person to produce to him such document or other article in the physical form or in the electronic medium; and
(b)
inspect, make copies of, take extracts from, remove and detain any such document or other article.
(2)
An authorised officer may grant permission to any person, as may be necessary, to inspect any document or other article in the physical form or in the electronic medium detained and taken possession of by the authorised officer.
