Section 62
(1)
An authorised officer may, by notice in writing, require any person acquainted with the facts and circumstances of a case to appear before him and to be examined orally and shall reduce into writing any statement made by the person so examined.
(2)
Any statement made by any person under this section shall be admissible as evidence in any proceedings in court under this Act or any regulations made thereunder against that person or against any other person.
