Section 61
Inspector shall, if duly authorised, have the power to —
(a)
investigate any offence under this Act or any regulations made thereunder;
(b)
conduct any inquiry under this Act or any regulations made thereunder; and
(c)
enforce any provision of this Act or any regulations made thereunder this Act.
