Brunei Darussalam Qualifications Register
of Brunei Darussalam National Accreditation Council Act
(1)
The Council shall establish and maintain a register known as the
Brunei Darussalam Qualifications Register in such form and manner as the
Council may determine containing the programmes, qualifications and higher education providers accredited under this Act.
(2)
The Register shall be the national reference for standards and articulation point for all accredited programmes, qualifications and institutions.
(3)
The Council shall make the Register available for public inspection subject to such conditions as it thinks fit.

(4)
Any person may on payment of a prescribed fee —
(a)
inspect the Register; and
(b)
make a copy of, or take extracts from, the Register.
