Application for equivalent evaluation

Section 53
(1)
Any person may apply to the Council for an evaluation of a qualification of a higher education provider or programme conducted within or outside Brunei Darussalam to be certified as being equivalent to a qualification in the Framework.
(2)
An application under subsection (1) shall be in such form and manner as the Council may determine.
(3)
Every application shall be accompanied by such documents and information as the Council may determine.
