Any person who brings in transit a trafficked person through Brunei

Darussalam by land, sea or air, or otherwise arranges or facilitates such act is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding

$1,000,000, iinprisomnent for a term of not less than 4 years but not exceeding 30 years and whipping.
