Section 7
Any person who -
(a)
engages in; or
(b)
profits from, the exploitation of a trafficked person is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000,000, imprisonment for a term of not less than 4 years but not exceeding 30 years and whipping.
