Forgery of travel or identity document

Section 10
Any person who -
(a)
makes;
(b)
obtains;
(c)
gives;
(d)
sells; or
(e)
possesses, a forged travel or identity document for the purpose of facilitating the commission of an offence of people trafficking is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $50,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 10 years or both.
