Section 4
(1)
The Yayasan shall keep and maintain an office in Brunei
Darussalam and the office shall be the address for service of notices and other written communications of all kinds.
(2)
All notices and other written communications shall, if left at the office kept and maintained under subsection (1), be deemed as having been duly served upon or delivered to the Yayasan to whom all the notices and other written communications may have been addressed.
