In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires —

Section 2
“Constitution” means the Constitution of Yayasan Sultan Haji
Hassanal Bolkiah contained in the Schedule to this Act;
“Yayasan” means the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah.
