Section 8
All officers and employees of the Authority, inspectors and authorised officers are deemed to be public servants within the meaning of, and for the purposes of, the Penal Code (Chapter 22).
Identification of inspectors and authorised officers 9.
Every inspector and authorised officer shall —
(a)
be furnished by the Authority with a certificate of his appointment as an inspector or authorised officer, as the case may be;
and
(b)
when exercising any powers under this Act, on demand, produce the certificate of his appointment to the person affected by the exercise of those powers.
