Section 7
(1)
The Minister may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, by notification published in the Gazette, appoint such person or body of persons as he thinks fit to be the Authority responsible for the administration of this Act, and may in the notification specify the extent of and manner on which that responsibility is to be exercised.
(2)
The Authority may appoint such number of persons as inspectors, and such number of other persons as authorised officers, as may be necessary to assist the Authority in the administration of this Act.
