Section 17
No transfer, conveyance, assignment or other act, made or done subsequently to the execution of a will or codicil of or relating to any property therein comprised, except an act by which such will or codicil is revoked pursuant to this Act, shall prevent the operation of the will or codicil with respect to such estate, right, share or interest in such property as the testator has power to dispose of by will at the time of his death.
