Section 14
No will or any part thereof shall be revoked otherwise than as provided by this Act, or by another will executed in the manner pursuant to this Act, or by some writing declaring an intention to revoke the will and executed in the manner in which a will is to be executed pursuant to this Act or by the burning, tearing or otherwise destroying the will, by the testator or by some person in his presence and by his direction with the intention of revoking the will.
