Section 16

If any person discloses to any other person any information obtained by him in pursuance of this Act is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine of $1,000 and imprisonment for 6 months unless the disclosure was made in or for the purpose of the performance by him or any other person of functions under this Act.
