Section 36
(1)
For the purposes of this Order, any registered practising veterinary surgeon who fails to comply with the code of veterinary practice is guilty of an offence.

In this section, “code of veterinary practice” means general guidelines relating to practices of animal veterinary medicine introduced by the Council.
