Section 35

Any veterinary surgeon who is aggrieved by any direction made in respect of him by the Council under subsection (1) of section 20, or by any order of the Council made under subsection (1) of section 30 or under subsection (1) of section 34, may appeal to the Minister, whose decision shall be final.
