Appointment and duties of Registrar

Section 10
(1)
The Minister, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and
Yang Di-Pertuan, may appoint a Registrar of Valuers and Estate Agents for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
The Registrar shall —
(a)
keep and maintain the Register;
(b)
sign all certificates of registration and record all entries of registration, cancellation, suspension and reinstatement in the Register.
(3)
The Registrar may annually publish and offer for sale copies of the Register.
