Section 16
Any police officer, Immigration Officer or officer of customs may with-out a warrant -
(a} enter and search any premises; and
(b)
stop and search any ship, vehicle and person, whether in public place or not, if he has reason to believe that any evidence of the commission of an offence against this Order or any regulations made hereunder is likely to be found on such premises or person or in such ship or vehicle and may seize any evidence so found.

No woman shall be searched under this section except by a woman.
