Any person who-

makes;
{b)
obtains;

gives or sells; or
(d)
possesses, a forged travel or identity document for the purpose of facilitating people trafficking or people smuggling, shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $50,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 10 years or both.
