Section 4
In the absence of the chairman from a meeting of the Board, the members present shall elect from amongst themselves a person to be the chairman for that meeting.
(2)
The chairman of a meeting shall have an original vote and also a casting vote.
(3)
The Board shall meet at such places and times as the chairman may appoint and, at a meeting, 4 members shall form a quorum.
(4)
Subject to the provisions of this Order, the Board may determine its own procedure.
