Section 1
(1)
This Order may be cited as the Town Planners Registration Order, 2014
and shall commence on a date to be appointed by the Minister, with the approval of His Majesty the SuHan and Yang Di-Pertuan, by notification in the Gazette.
(2)
The long title of this Order is "An Order to provide for the registration of town planners and for purposes connected therewith or incidental thereto".
