Section 45
Any person who fails to comply with or contravenes any provision of this Act for which no specific penalty is expressly provided is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or both and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $500 for every day during which the offence continues after conviction.
