Section 41
(1)
Any police officer may without warrant arrest any person whom he reasonably suspects to have committed an offence under this Act.
(2)
Any police officer arresting a person under subsection (1) may search that person and take possession of all articles found on him which there is reason to believe were used in connection with the offence.
(3)
Every person so arrested shall be taken to the nearest police station.
(4)
No woman shall be searched except by a woman.
