Section 10

Any person who, being below the age of 18 years, smokes or chews any tobacco product in a public place, or buys or has in his possession, whether for his own use or not, any tobacco product, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $500 and, in the case of a second or subsequent conviction, to a fine not exceeding $1,000.
