All films before being shown in the theatre shall be Censorship inspected by the Board at such time as shall be appointed, and no of films.

Censor of Cinematograph Film for Singapore and the Federation of Malaya may, unless the Board otherwise directs, be exhibited without having been so inspected.

No building shall be used as a theatre without a permit
