Section 22
᪽(1) No person shall utilize any theatre witheut first Licence for obtaining a licence from the Board.
This licence shall be in the Perforrnan-form shown in Appendix A hereto.

No performances will be allowed which will interfere with traffic, or be likely to cause a nuisance, obstruction or danger to tile public or to individuals resident in the locality.
