Section 89
(Satellite Radiocommunication Apparatus Regulations 1988)iS 5/1989) shall, so far as they are not inconsistent with any provision of these Regulations and except as otherwise expressly provided in these Regulations or in any other written law, continue and be deemed to have been granted or issued under the corresponding provisions of these Regulations and shall have effect accordingly.
